  Words cannot sufficiently express the tremendous gratitude I have for Dr. Saraswati Dayal.
  
  A few weeks ago, I went to the Hackensack University Medical Center emergency room with severe stomach and back pain. I needed immediate emergency surgery for a closed-loop small bowel obstruction.
  
  Since this was my first surgery, it was an unexpected and frightening experience for me.
  From the moment Dr. Dayal became involved, I immediately felt that I was in capable and caring hands. Her surgical expertise, calm manner, compassion, and reassurance meant so much to me during an extremely stressful time.
  
  The surgery was successful, and I am especially thankful that Dr. Dayal was able to resolve the obstruction through laparoscopy. During my 5 days of recovery at the hospital, Dr. Dayal made sure to stop by my room several times to monitor my progress. I truly appreciate that, even with her busy schedule, she was so invested in my recovery.
  
  At my two week follow-up appointment at her office, I was equally impressed by her staff, who were consistently kind, attentive, and supportive.
  
  Dr. Saraswati Dayal is an outstanding surgeon who combines exceptional expertise and skill with compassion, professionalism, and genuine care for her patients. I am truly blessed that Dr. Dayal was my surgeon.
